Make Your Own Spanish Rice
A simple recipe that you can do at home to recreate this great addition to any Mexican dish.
1. Start with a twelve inch pot a quarter cup of vegetable oil and bring to medium heat.
2. Then, throw in two full cups long-grain white rice in a pan of hot oil. Give the rice to the pan with ten to fifteen minutes Brown, so that the rice has a golden color and is completely dead.
